F.W. BARTH & CO. GmbH (established 1873) is dealing in wood for about 140 years now and we trade with nearly every wood you can find in this world. As specialized in the import of African Hardwoods we would like to introduce our company as one of the leading trading company in this region.
We got excellent contacts to Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Central Africa, North Congo, Gabon and Guinea and work very close with all different types of mills. From West-Africa we deliver directly to all parts and ports of this world. Beside the typical species like Sapelli, Iroko and Sipo we can supply all the other African species (Wenge, Doussie, Framire, Ayous, Azobé, etc.) in different specifications – especially fixed dimensions, randoms, shorts and strips for parquet manufacturing. We run our own Kilning chambers, so we are also able to supply prompt Kiln Dried Sapelli, Sipo and Iroko ex our big warehouse in Western part of Germany. Aside the sawn timber we run also a big stock of Plywood, Decking (Bangkirai) and Tropical Veneers.
