Belgium – Investment in Glulam Production
The Belgian company Korlam NV, a member of the Groep Terryn, has invested in a compact finger jointing line, model CF 300/10 for the production of glulam. Processed will be spruce, fir, larch and douglas fir; the average timber thicknesses are 22 - 100 mm. A performance of 11.520 r.m. per shift will be achieved. Before awarding the order in February, the Korlam Management visited the Grecon company in Alfeld in December.
